What you need to know about the fall protection

The fall protection plan includes the positioning that holds the worker in one place while at the same time keeping his hands free so that he can work. If the worker leans to the back, the system is going to be activated. The personal positioning system has not been designed to be included into the fall protection. The suspension is used to lower and to support the workers and they allow the workers to have the hands free. This is normally used in the painting and window washing industries.

The suspension system component had not been designed to help in arresting the fall; the fall protection training should teach how to have the backup for the fall arrest that work with the suspension system. The plan should include how to retrieve the people when there is the fall that took place or while developing the proactive fall management program. The fall protection plan should also be included in different classes such as class one, two, three and four together with the rope lanyard, cable positioning, lanyards, shock absorbers, rope grabs and cable positioning. Others are rail system, safety nets and retractable lifeline. For more information visit website through #fallprotection
